Buildtech, Inc.  is a multi-faceted home design and construction firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions to your design and homebuilding needs. Locally owned and operated for the past 20 years by owner and licensed contractor Greg Todd, we pride ourselves on superior craftsmanship, attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

What We Do

First, we offer a free two hour consultation to listen to your design needs and ideas while making recommendations for your remodel or new construction project. Secondly, a competitive bid will be developed. Thirdly, custom-designed home plans will be created for your approval. Once the design is finalized, Buildtech, Inc. will work with local government agencies to get any necessary building permits. Construction begins and ends based on your preferences and schedule. Upon completion, Buildtech, Inc. will handle any building inspections for final approval. Specializing in:
