We hired Greg Todd to completely remodel our home, including reconfiguration of the floorplan, a new kitchen, main bathroom, new construction of a front porch, decks, house entry and a bedroom. It was a big project. Greg was very good at listening to our wishes during the initial planning phase and was very flexible in accommodating changes as the remodel progressed. He also created a set of remodel plans for us that were complete and ready to submit to the county building dept. We very much appreciated his attention to detail and high construction standards. We are extremely happy with our remodeled home and are glad we made the decision to remodel with Greg Todd and Buildtech, Inc.
